This was another flip (buy and then sell) project for my partners and I. The main living space initially felt very tight when you walked in, we removed the closet and put in glass railing to open and brighten the space. We removed railing that cut of the living room from the dining space. A step was added to bring the two spaces together. All bathrooms and kitchen were remodeled, along with new floors added throughout.
