This was a full renovation, we opened the kitchen space into the living room. We used a 12 ft. 4x10 to open a walkway and a bar space between the kitchen and living room. We had to plywood the 20 ft. x 40 ft. wall between the two rooms because it was a structure and shear wall. All three bathrooms and kitchen were renovated, along with new floors and carpeting.
