Overland Flip
This was a flip (buy and sell) project for my partners and I. We did a complete, studs in renovation. You’ll see we transformed the space by removing a wall to open up the kitchen/living space area, fully renovated the kitchen and all three bathrooms, new flooring was added throughout, new windows and new HVAC. The result was a fresh feeling space that garnered the highest price per square foot in the complex.
